We are lucky to have a very loyal team working for us across all of our locations, who always strive to do an amazing job for Synergy Promotions and our clients. We use our own state of the art bespoke software system for our database management and booking needs, which ensures that we are always a head of the game so that nothing is missed. Our slick system enables us to maintain a very high booking accuracy rate, meaning we enjoy high levels of staff and client satisfaction! Not anyone can become a member of the Synergy Promotions team as we take every new applicant through a rigorous hiring process. We will only take on exceptional people who have the confidence, personality and skillset to execute our clients requirements. We have a really diverse team from various backgrounds and when not on a promotional activity you can find some of our staff working as dancers, Make-up Artists, Actors, Social Media Influencers, Musician, Magician, Scuba Divers, Professional Kick Boxer, Mixologists etc. We love to welcome staff with special skills as this can sometimes be integrated into a particular campaign for our clients! Promotional & Retail Staff

To excel in this role you need to have an amazing personality, sales/customer service experience and enjoy working as part of a team. The beauty of working in this sector is that we have flexible working hours to suit a variety of lifestyles, making it a perfect way to manage your work/life balance and earn money. 

Due to the bespoke nature of some of the Airport roles we especially love to hear from people with Mixology backgrounds, Language Speakers, Whiskey Specialists,, Skincare & Make-up Trained People.
